Returns & Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
- We will be able to accept cancellation requests any time before shipping the order. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse.
- A cancelled order will result in a an automatic refund to the original payment method if the order was prepaid within standard processing time.
Return Policy
- You can return or exchange within 3 days of receipt of product by requesting a return on our website or mailing us at care@moksha.net.in We will arrange for the product to be picked up.
- Customers can opt for a refund, or exchange the returned product with any other product or ask for credit note in the form of a gift card with a lifetime validity.
- The refund will be processed only after the product is picked up and has been delivered back to us in an unused & original form. Once the product has reached us and it is inspected to be free from any defect
- Money will be refunded back to the original payment menthod in case of a prepaid order or in case the order was placed via cash on devliery mode, the amount will be refunded back through Bank Transfer or UPI transfer.
- We will require bank details & IFSC code or UPI ID to process the refund.
To return a product
- Visit our website at https://www.moksha.net.in Click on the “Return Order” option available at the bottom of our home page.
- Log in using your registered email address. Enter the OTP received on your email address.
- Click on the “Request return” option available against the order that you wish to return. (Kindly refer to your order ID)
- Select the reason of return from the drop down. It would help us a lot if you could share your valuable feedback in the notes option available below.
- Click on “Request return” option on the right to submit your request.
- Once submitted, your request will be reviewed as per our return policy and you shall receive an email regarding the completion of your return.

Exceptions to return policy
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame (3 Days from receipt of product, including Sundays and public holidays).
- Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
- Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Made-to-order products
- Returns or Exchanges will be allowed only once per order. Any subsequent request to return or exchange will not be allowed against the original order.
- International Orders are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges
General Return & Refund Timelines
- In most cases return requests are approved in 2-3 working days & the reverse pickup happens in 48-72 hours following that.
- Exact location of the returned package can be tracked using the tracking details sent on email once the pickup is arranged.
- In case, the reverse pickup is not completed within the stipulated time line, we expect the customer to inform us as soon as possible so that we can follow up with our courier partner and get the shipment picked up without any further delay
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, we generally take 2 working days to process the refund from our end
All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and will be sent back. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis.
