Shipping Charges
We offer free shipment service to almost all part of India unless specified, whereas customer need to bear delivery costs in case of overseas deliveries. We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, DTDC, and Fedex. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries. If there is no courier service available in your area, please drop a mail at help@moksha.net.in and we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery mechanism. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient. In such a case please send in a mail to help@moksha.net.in for resolution.
Shipping Duration
Once your order has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-7 days*. Times to ship the product mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays as our logistic partner does not pick-up on those days.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
Order Tracking
Items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.
